This is a starting point, not legal advice, and it will be reviewed before launch. It describes what WaFine does with your data today.
What we collect
Account email, the WhatsApp number you link, your WhatsApp chats, messages, contacts and groups, and the API keys and sessions you create. Waitlist entries: the email, the optional number and note you submit, plus optional referral and UTM campaign tags from the landing-page URL; we use these tags in aggregate and do not use tracking cookies.
Where it lives
The WhatsApp session and its local data stay on our own server in Casablanca. The application database is in Supabase’s Paris region. Message content is stored encrypted, not as readable text.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, we do not train models on your messages, and we do not hand your session to another account. Media and backups are stored encrypted.
Your choices
You can revoke API keys and disconnect a session from the web app at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us at hello@zawia.tech.
