This is a starting point, not legal advice, and it will be reviewed before launch. It describes the rules of using WaFine today.
Your account
WaFine is invite-only and bound to one WhatsApp number per session. Keep your API keys secret; anything sent with them is treated as yours.
Acceptable use
Use WaFine only for numbers you own and people who expect to hear from you. Bulk unsolicited messaging, spam and anything that breaks WhatsApp’s terms are not allowed and will end your access.
No warranty
WaFine is provided as is, at an early stage, without warranty. WhatsApp may change or restrict the linked-device behaviour it relies on, and your number remains subject to WhatsApp’s own rules.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
